Mr NaLamlieng, 63, is a member of the Board of Directors of The Siam Cement Public Co., Ltd. (“Siam Cement”). He was President of Siam Cement for 13 years before stepping down in December 2005.His career with Siam Cement spans more than 30 years.
Mr NaLamlieng is also a non-executive Director of Siam Commercial Bank Public Co., Ltd. He was a non-executive Director of British Airways Plc from November 2005 to July 2009.
Mr NaLamlieng was conferred the Royal Decoration, Knight Grand Commander (Second Class, Higher Grade) of the Most Illustrious Order of Chula Chom Klao, Thailand in May 2002 and the Officier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, France in July 2004. Mr Bradley, 61, is a professional company director and is also involved in various philanthropic pursuits. Ms Chua, 52, joined SingTel in June 1989 as Treasurer and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in April 1999. She held the positions of Group CFO and CEO (International) from February 2006 until 12 October 2006, when she was appointed Deputy Group CEO. Ms Chua was appointed Group CEO on 1 April 2007.
Ms Chua sits on the Boards of Bharti Airtel Limited, Bharti Telecom Limited and key subsidiaries of the SingTel Group. She is also a member of the Singapore Management University Board of Trustees, the Casino Regulatory Authority, the Public Service Commission and the Corporate Governance Council of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. She is a former Board member of JTC Corporation.

Mr Heng, 49, is the Managing Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. He is also Chairman of The Institute of Banking and Finance.
Mr Heng has served in various government departments. He joined the Singapore Administrative Service in 1997 and was appointed Principal Private Secretary to the Senior Minister from 1997 to 2000. He was appointed Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in 2000 and CEO of the Trade Development Board in 2001. He was Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Trade and Industry from 23 October 2001 to April 2005.

Mr Ho, 59, is the founder and a partner of HOPU Investment Management Co., Ltd. and a Director of Hang Lung Properties Limited and the Hong Kong Mercantile Exchange.
Mr Ho joined KPMG US in Houston in 1975 and became a partner in 1985. He was transferred to Beijing, China to setup KPMG’s practice in 1984 and resided in China until 1989 when he was assigned to Hong Kong. Mr Ho became the China firm’s Senior Partner based in Beijing in 2000 and was elected Chairman of KPMG in China and Hong Kong SAR in April 2003. He retired in April 2007.

Chua Sock Koong, SingTel Group CEO
Ms Chua Sock Koong, 52, was appointed Group CEO of Singapore Telecommunications Limited (SingTel) on 1 April 2007. She oversees SingTel’s three key businesses - Singapore, Australia and International. Prior to this, she was the Deputy Group CEO from October 2006 to March 2007.
Sock Koong joined SingTel in June 1989 as Treasurer. In April 1999, she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), responsible for the Group’s financial functions, including treasury, tax, insurance, risk management and capital management. In addition, she managed a diverse range of portfolios – from corporate development, company secretariat and legal to corporate communications and investor relations.
In February 2006, Sock Koong was appointed as Group CFO and CEO International, responsible for the key drivers of SingTel’s international business – Strategic Investments and NCS, the IT business arm. Besides overseeing the Group Information Systems and SingTel’s regional associates, she was responsible for driving strategic acquisitions and international business.
Sock Koong is an Executive Director of SingTel and a Board member of Bharti Airtel Limited. She is also a member of the Singapore Management University (SMU) Board of Trustees, the Casino Regulatory Authority, the Public Service Commission and the Corporate Governance Council of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Allen Lew, CEO Singapore, SingTel
Mr Allen Lew, 54, was appointed CEO Singapore in February 2006 with responsibility for the performance and operations of SingTel's business in Singapore. Mr Lew began his career with the SingTel Group in November 1980. He has served in various senior management positions, including Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS) – SingTel's associate in Thailand, Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Telecom International Pte Ltd and Managing Director of Optus Consumer.
He is the Chairman of the AIS Executive Committee, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Sentosa Development Corporation and a member of the Advisory Council on the Impact of New Media on Society (AIMS), formed by the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts (MICA).
In 2007, Mr Lew was named Telecom CEO of the Year by Telecom Asia in recognition of his leadership role in SingTel’s reinvigorated performance in Singapore’s broadband and mobile market. He also won the Leading CEO Award in the Singapore Human Resources Awards 2009 for his active role in employee engagement initiatives.
Mr Lew holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Science (Management) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

Lim Chuan Poh, CEO International, SingTel
Mr Lim, 55, joined SingTel in October 1998. He was appointed Executive Vice President (EVP) Strategic Investments in February 2006. In October 2006, Mr Lim assumed the position of CEO (International). He is responsible for SingTel's regional associates and supports the growth objectives of SingTel's business groups through strategic investments in the region.
Mr Lim has held various senior appointments, including EVP (Consumer Business) and EVP (Corporate Business) and was CEO of SingTel Mobile between April 2004 and February 2006. He is also Chairman of Bridge Alliance, a group of leading communications companies in Asia. Mr Lim has extensive managerial experience in the public sector and was Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Communications prior to joining SingTel.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science (Honours) from Balliol College, University of Oxford, UK and a Master in Public Health Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London.

Paul O'Sullivan, CEO, SingTel Optus
Mr O'Sullivan, 49, was appointed Chief Executive of Optus in 2004. He is responsible for all aspects of the performance and operations of Optus. Under his direction, Optus has experienced five years of rapid growth, increasing revenues and growing its mobile customer base while maintaining a strong position as Australia's second largest telecommunications company.
Mr O’Sullivan also has management responsibilities across the SingTel Group and serves on the Board of Commissioners of Telkomsel. Prior to his current role, Mr O’Sullivan held management positions within Optus including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Optus Mobile, he has also held various international management roles at the Colonial Group and the Royal Dutch Shell Group.
Mr O’Sullivan is a board member of the Australian Business and Community Network (ABCN), which engages businesses to positively impact the community. In addition, he is one of the founders of TERRiA, a network of companies advocating for more competition and level playing field in telecommunications.
He has a B.A. (Mod) Economics, Trinity College, University of Dublin and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Jeann Low, Group Chief Financial Officer, SingTel
Ms Low, 49, was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer on 1 September 2008. She oversees the group’s financial affairs including corporate finance, procurement, taxation, treasury, risk management, capital management, investor relations and group communications. Before this appointment, Ms Low had been Chief Financial Officer of Optus since 2006.
Ms Low joined SingTel in 1998 as the Group Financial Controller, responsible for the financial functions of the SingTel Group. In 2004, she was promoted to Executive Vice President of Strategic Investments where she managed the Group’s international investments and pursued opportunities for strategic investments globally.
Prior to joining SingTel, she worked for several years in both the London and Singapore practices of an international accounting firm and thereafter in a public listed electronics company in Singapore.
Ms Low has been a Council Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore since April 2010 and is a Director of OpenNet Pte. Ltd. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with an Honours Degree in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant in Singapore.

Bill Chang, Executive Vice President (Business), SingTel
Mr Chang joined SingTel in November 2005 as Executive Vice President of Business Group. The Business Group serves SingTel’s domestic and global corporate customers with a full range of Info-Communication Technology (ICT) services.
Mr Chang has more than 18 years management experience in leading ICT companies and is actively involved in industry Committees, task forces and advisory work.
Mr Chang is a Board member of the Workforce Development Agency (WDA), the Chairman of WDA Incentives and Grants Committee, Chairman of Grid Comms Pte Ltd, Vice Chairman of Globe Telecoms in the Philippines and Deputy Chairman of the Singapore Polytechnic Board of Governors. He also sits on the Advisory Committee of Singapore Management University School of Information Systems and Nanyang Polytechnic School of Engineering.
Mr Chang was a member of the ICT sub-committee which was part of the Government’s Economic Review Committee (2003), SiTF Councillor (2002/2004), Chairman of SiTF-AAC Internet Data Centre Committee (2001), and executive committee member for Think Tank (1999/2000). Mr Chang received the National Day Public Service Medal Award for his contributions to the Singapore’s workforce development in 2007.
Before joining SingTel, Mr Chang was the Managing Director of CISCO Systems’ Advanced Services Group in Asia Pacific. He was responsible for the company’s operations in 13 regional countries.
Mr Chang graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University in 1990.

Chia Wee Boon, Chief Operating Officer, NCS Pte Ltd
Mr Chia was appointed Chief Operating Officer of NCS in June 2009. As COO, Mr Chia provides leadership to all of NCS’ businesses and sales functions in Singapore and across the globe.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Chia was the Senior Vice President for Worldwide Alliance Sales in the Technology Solutions Group for HP, where he was responsible for effectively engaging and leveraging global systems integrators and outsourcers. Based in Palo Alto, Mr Chia led a global team responsible for growing HP’s business with Accenture, BearingPoint, Capgemini, Deloitte, Infosys, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tata Consultancy Group, Wipro, and other systems integrators and outsourcers.
Mr Chia began his career in HP in 1982 as a systems engineer. Since then, he has accumulated experience across HP’s diverse business units and has also held a series of senior positions in the company, including Senior Vice President for Sales in the Technology Solutions Group, Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ), Senior Vice President of the APJ Customer Solutions Group, Vice President of the APJ Customer Support Business, and Managing Director of HP Singapore and South East Asia.

Mark Chong, Executive Vice President (Networks), SingTel
Mr Chong was appointed EVP (Networks) in January 2008. His main responsibility is to optimise and enhance the fixed, wireless and international networks of SingTel Singapore, as well as implementing new network technologies. Mr Chong joined SingTel in 1997 as General Manager (Telephony) in the fixed-line business and was posted to Shinawatra Paging, a SingTel joint venture in Thailand, as Managing Director in 1999. Upon his return in 2001, he was appointed CEO (SingTel Global Offices) and was responsible for growing SingTel’s corporate business outside of Singapore. His role was subsequently enlarged in 2004 where he also took on the position of VP (Global Accounts). In 2006, he relinquished his CEO (SingTel Global Offices) role and focused on leading the Global Accounts team where he was managing the telecommunication needs of SingTel’s major corporate customers until December 2007. Mr Chong graduated with a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering and Master in Research in Electronic Systems from ENSERG, Grenoble, France and obtained his Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Hui Weng Cheong, Chief Operating Officer, AIS
Mr Hui was appointed Deputy President of Advanced Info Service Plc (AIS), SingTel’s regional mobile associate in Thailand, in November 2006. He oversees Marketing & Sales, Value-Added Services, Customer & Services Management and International Roaming.
Prior to this, he was SingTel’s Vice President of Consumer Products, overseeing the development of new services for its fixed-line, mobile and broadband businesses. He concurrently held the positions of Chief Executive Officer of SingTel Paging as well as SingNet Pte Ltd, SingTel’s wholly-owned Internet subsidiary.
Mr Hui joined SingTel in June 1980 and has a wealth of experience in different business functions such as Systems Development, Paging and Marketing. He was also the Managing Director of Shinawatra Paging of Thailand, a joint venture of Singapore Telecom International (an investment arm of SingTel), between December 1995 and April 1999.
Mr Hui graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (1st Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore in 1980 and holds an MBA (1993) from the University of Southern California.

Lim Eng, CEO, NCS Pte Ltd
Mr Lim joined SingTel in September 1980. He was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of NCS on 10 December 2007. Prior to his current appointment, Mr Lim held the position of Group Director (Human Resource) and was responsible for the development of human resource across the SingTel Group, including NCS and Optus. Mr Lim also had key responsibilities for Corporate Products and the General Business Group. He was also President of New Century Infocomm Tech Co., Ltd - a fixed-line operator in Taiwan which SingTel had a stake in until 2007. Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Singapore. He has a Master of Science (Management) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.

Ng Yoke Weng, Group Chief Information Officer, SingTel
Mr Ng, 54, joined SingTel in 1997 as the Chief Information Officer. He was re-designated Group Chief Information Officer in 2003 following the integration of IT operations for SingTel's Singapore and Australian (Optus) businesses.
Mr Ng leads and oversees the planning, development and operations of the IT infrastructure and information systems to ensure quality service delivery and operational efficiency. Since 1 April 2007, he has been covering the Group Chief Technology Officer role, responsible for driving long-term technology strategy, synergies and benchmarking.
Mr Ng holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Computer Society.

John Simon, Managing Director, SingTel Optus
Mr Simon has more than 25 years experience in the information technology and telecommunications industries. He was appointed to the Managing Director role of Optus Business in September 2005. With his recent appointment to Managing Director, Optus Enterprise and Business Group, John is responsible for all Optus’ business segments ranging from sole operators and SMBs right through to large corporate and government customers.
Joining Optus in 2001 Mr Simon has held a number of executive positions across sales, marketing and professional services. Prior to joining Optus, Mr Simon held the position of Chief Executive Officer, Australia & New Zealand for Worldxchange Communications and has also held a range of executive roles in Australia and Asia Pacific working for companies such as General Electric for 12 years, Techway and Telstra Multimedia.
Mr Simon has a strong track record in meeting business objectives for both start-up and existing business operations. He has often led turnaround strategies across ICT companies through his broad range of skills and experience in sales, marketing, systems development, professional services and networks.

Aileen Tan, Group Director (Human Resource), SingTel
Ms Tan, 43, joined SingTel in June 2008 as Group Director (Human Resource). She oversees the development of human resource across the SingTel Group, including wholly-owned subsidiaries NCS Pte. Ltd. and Optus and is also responsible for delivering the Group's corporate social responsibility commitment.
Her role is to provide sound, well managed, responsive and efficient organisation-wide human resource programmes in support of SingTel, its subsidiaries and associates.
Ms Tan has a wealth of experience in Human Resource with many years of experience in various multinational corporations and local companies. Before joining SingTel, she was Group General Manager Human Resource at Wearne Brothers Services Group and was Vice President of Human Resource at Invensys Process Systems.
Ms Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Statistics and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore. She also holds a Master in Organisational Behaviour from the California School of Professional Psychology Alliant University.
She is a member of the Home Nursing Foundation Board and HR Manpower Skills & Training Council.

Soo Meng Tay, Managing Director, SingTel Optus
Mr Tay was appointed Optus Network Managing Director in July 2008 and is responsible for driving the technology, engineering and operation of Optus’ fixed, satellite, IP and mobile networks to meet the strategic and operational needs.
He was previously the Vice President of Network Operations for SingTel, overseeing SingTel’s Network Operations for two years – including Local, International and Mobile Switch Management Operations, Satellite Operations, Submarine Cables Management and Restoration, Field Operations, Outside Plant Operations, SingTel Group Operations, Business Operations and Network Operations Centre.
Prior to this appointment, he was Vice President of Mobile Networks for SingTel, a role he held for seven years. During that period, Mr Tay also oversaw Optus’ mobile network and managed the engineering operations of SingTel’s mobile joint ventures overseas. He was responsible for strategic and economic planning, network quality management, and in-house development and management of products and services in Singapore, Australia and SingTel’s regional markets.
Mr Tay has over 40 years global telecommunication experience and was responsible for setting up paging and cellular networks for SingTel’s overseas joint ventures in countries like China, Indonesia, Mauritius, Norway, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. He was the GSM Association’s Asia Pacific Chairman in 1997 and was responsible for looking after the interests of GSM operators in the Asia Pacific region.
His association with cellular technology started in 1986 when he planned, evaluated and implemented Singapore’s first Analogue Cellular AMPS system, which was successfully commissioned in 1988. Prior to joining the cellular group, he was with the Fixed Network Switch Planning Department and was involved in the planning and implementation of local telephone exchanges. Mr Tay holds an MBA from the University of Leicester (England).

Yuen Kuan Moon, Executive Vice President (Consumer), SingTel
Mr Yuen was appointed Executive Vice President of the Consumer Group in July 2009. He is responsible for leading and managing the Consumer Group to deliver to Singapore consumers a complete and integrated suite of services, including mobile, broadband and fixed-line solutions. He concurrently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of SingTel Mobile.
Prior to joining the Consumer Group as the Chief of Consumer in January 2009, Mr Yuen was the Vice President of Regional Operations where he worked very closely with the Joint Ventures companies and associates to drive the regional strategies and initiatives in areas such as sales, marketing and product development.
He was previously on a long-term assignment at Telkomsel, one of SingTel’s Joint Ventures in Indonesia, from 2003 to 2007. He joined as General Manager, Product Management, and became Director of Commerce in 2005, where he was responsible for all Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Service and Corporate Account Management activities of Telkomsel.
Mr Yuen has more than 16 years of experience in Telecommunications and he started his career with SingTel in 1993. He has performed a variety of functions mainly in the consumer space, such as Marketing, Business Development, Retail and Channel Sales, as well as Product Development. With his vast experience in this industry, he has developed an extensive knowledge of the telecommunications business marketing and sales that is needed to serve users in the global marketplace.
Mr Yuen graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Engineering from The University of Western Australia. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Stanford University in California, USA (Sloan Program).
