Ms Chua was appointed Group CEO on 1 April 2007. She is responsible for SingTel's three key businesses - Group Consumer, Group Digital L!fe and Group Enterprise.
Ms Chua joined SingTel in June 1989 as Treasurer and was made CFO in April 1999. She held the positions of Group CFO and CEO, International from February 2006 to October 2006, when she was appointed Deputy Group CEO.
Ms Chua sits on the Boards of Bharti Airtel Limited, Bharti Telecom Limited and key subsidiaries of the SingTel Group. She is also a member of the Singapore Management University Board of Trustees and the Public Service Commission. She is a former Board member of JTC Corporation and the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, and also a former member of the Corporate Governance Council established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Ms Chua holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) from the University of Singapore. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Singapore and a CFA charterholder.
Mr Chang is CEO, Group Enterprise and responsible for providing ICT solutions to serve the Group's enterprise customers, offering innovative and comprehensive IT and telecommunications solutions across multiple geographies. He assumed this position on 16 July 2012.
Previously he was Managing Director, Business Group, which serves domestic and global corporate customers with a full range of ICT services. He joined SingTel in 2005 as Executive Vice President of Corporate Business.
Mr Chang is the Chairman of the Singapore Polytechnic Board of Governors and a Board Member of SingPost, serving in their Compensation and Technology Committees. Mr Chang served on the Board of Workforce Development Agency (WDA) for 6 years until 2011, where he was the Chairman of the Incentives and Grants Committee of the WDA Board. For his contributions to Singapore's workforce development, Mr Chang received the National Day Public Service Medal in 2007.
Before joining SingTel, he was the Managing Director of CISCO Systems' Advanced Services Group in Asia Pacific responsible for its operations in 13 regional countries.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University in 1990.
Mr Lew is CEO, Group Digital L!fe and responsible for leading the Group's journey to become a leading player in the digital ecosystem, beyond connecting voices to bringing people together with innovative and cutting-edge digital services. As Country Chief Officer Singapore, he is the principal liaison with local and regulatory bodies. He assumed these positions on 1 April 2012.
Previously, Mr Lew held the position of CEO, Singapore from February 2006 to March 2012. He began his career with the SingTel Group in November 1980 and has served in various senior management positions, including Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Info Service (AIS) - the Group's associate in Thailand, Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Telecom International Pte Ltd and Managing Director of Optus Consumer.
Mr Lew is the Chairman of the AIS Executive Committee, a Board member of the Sentosa Development Corporation and a member of the Singapore Institute of Technology's Board of Trustees.
Mr Lew holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Science (Management) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, US.
Ms Low was appointed Group CFO in September 2008. She oversees the Group’s financial affairs including corporate finance, treasury, capital management and investor relations.
Ms Low joined SingTel in 1998 as the Group Financial Controller. In 2004, she was promoted to Executive Vice President of Strategic Investments managing the Group’s international investments and was appointed CFO of Optus in 2006. Prior to SingTel, Ms Low worked in the Singapore and London practices of an international accounting firm and thereafter at a public listed electronics company in Singapore.
Ms Low is a Director of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited and a Council Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. She is also a member of the Governing Board of the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
She holds an Honours Degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a chartered accountant of Singapore.
Mr O'Sullivan is CEO, Group Consumer and responsible for setting new benchmarks in customer service as the leading provider of next-generation communication, infotainment and technology services to consumers across Asia Pacific. He assumed this position on 1 April 2012. Mr O’Sullivan was reappointed Country Chief Officer Australia on 27 February 2014 whereby he is the principal liaison with local and regulatory bodies. He previously assumed this role from April 2012 to April 2013
From September 2004 to March 2012, he was CEO of Optus. He also held management positions within Optus including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Optus Mobile, as well as various international management roles at the Colonial Group and the Royal Dutch Shell Group in Canada, the Middle East, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Mr O'Sullivan also serves on the Board of Commissioners of Telkomsel, Indonesia. He is a founding member and Chairman of the Australian Business and Community Network, which partners businesses with schools to improve collaboration between corporate Australia and education leaders.
Mr O'Sullivan has a Bachelor of Arts (Mod) Economics from Trinity College, University of Dublin.
Ms Tan joined SingTel in June 2008 as Group Director Human Resources. She oversees the development of human resources across the SingTel Group, including wholly-owned subsidiaries NCS and Optus. She is also in charge of the Group's corporate social responsibility function.
Before joining SingTel, she was Group General Manager Human Resources at WBL Corporation and Vice President, Centers of Excellence with Abacus International. Ms Tan has over 20 years of HR experience in various multinational corporations and local companies.
Ms Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Statistics and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore and holds a Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour from the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant University.
Ms Tan is a member of the Home Nursing Foundation Board and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency's Human Resource Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Manpower, Skills and Training Council.
Ms Wu joined as Group Chief Information Officer on August 2012 and is responsible for the development of the SingTel Group's IT vision and roadmap. She also drives synergies to establish excellence in technology management.
Before joining SingTel, she was the Group CIO of Neptune Orient Lines Group. Ms Wu has more than 19 years of experience with the Singapore Government in a wide range of IT management roles and served as its Chief Information Officer for six years.
Ms Wu is currently on the Advisory Board of the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore.
Ms Wu holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours with Highest Distinction) in Computer/Communication Science and Mathematics, and a Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering, both from the University of Michigan, US.
