1. WorldConference Lounge
WorldConference Lounge is an online portal that gives moderators access to all the WorldConference services and tools. It is designed to allow the moderator to plan and conduct virtual meetings easily and efficiency. The key features available are:

2. Enhanced User Interface for Web Conference (SingTel WorldConference Anywhere)
The data conference is known as SingTel WorldConference Anywhere.
SingTel WorldConference Anywhere includes an option for the moderator to see the participant view when sharing documents or applications from your PC, so you can check that your meeting participants are seeing the correct document or application on their SingTel WorldConference Anywhere screen.

3. Enhanced Audio Console
The audio conference is now known as SingTel WorldConference Anytime.
The audio console allows moderator to:
- View the list of all participants in the audio meeting
- Dial out to participants from your address book
- Mute/unmute participants
- Send private or public instant messages to participants

4. WorldConference Toolbar for Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes
Moderators can send meeting invitations to participants directly from your desktop using the WorldConference toolbar for Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes. It allows moderators to open a calendar invitation in Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes that you can edit and send directly. The invitation already contains the audio and web conference login details for the participants, saving you the hassle of typing out the information. What’s more, moderators can also access the web conference and Audio Console by clicking on the toolbar, without needing to log in separately.
To enjoy this convenience, simply log in to your SingTel WorldConference Lounge and download the Outlook Toolbar or Lotus Notes Toolbar.
5. WorldConference application for Blackberry and iPhone
Blackberry and iPhone users can now connect to your audio meetings while on the go, with just one click.
Simply download the WorldConference application from the SingTel WorldConference Lounge (for Blackberry) or App Store (for iPhone)
6. More Features Available via Phone Dial Pad Command Codes
You can now do more with the new phone dial pad command codes available. Haven’t used the phone dial pad commands before? Simply key in the command code during your audio meeting to activate the required function.
For example, if you are the meeting moderator, key in “*” followed by “1” if you wish to mute your own line. Keying in “*” and “1” again unmute your line.
