The maximum number of groups that can be input is 10,000.
“Group Name” has a maximum of 100 characters, “First Name” and “Last Name” has a maximum of 200 characters.

Yes, Bizlive interactive users can choose to enable an ‘opt out’ option when creating campaigns. If the ‘opt out’ is enabled, recipients of the SMS would just need to reply with the campaign keyword and “OUT” to stop receiving future campaigns. User’s name / contacts will be removed from the contact list. Note that opt out functionality is only available to interactive customers.
In addition, Bizlive broadcast and Bizlive paging customers have the option of an opt-out list. Bizlive customers can add/delete customers in the opt-out list, such that these opt-out numbers will be excluded from all broadcast/paging SMS.

For Lite plans, you can send up to 12 sms per minute. For Enterprise plans, you can send up to 120 sms per minute
Yes, a scheduler is provided for users to pre-set the timing when their message is to be sent. This is one of the many unique features of BizLive SMS.
The maximum message length is 500 characters (250 characters for Chinese). If a message is more than 160 characters, BizLive will send as a concatenated message, ie recipients will see this as 1 message on the mobile phone. Pls note that for concatenated msgs, each msg can only contain up to 134 characters (67 characters for Chinese) due to overheads.
Yes, the maximum length of 500 characters includes the sender ID, but this does not include greeting and default phrase. Each greeting and default phrase has a limit of 40 characters.
Yes, BizLive SMS allows messages to be sent to other Singapore registered mobile numbers and also to overseas registered mobile numbers. Do note that messages sent to overseas mobile numbers will be charged at a different rate (ie. It is considered as ‘Global SMS’).
No, this is not supported.
We only support delivery to DNA/GRID numbers for Lite plans.
It is only possible for BizLive (i) SMS Interactive; and (ii) SMS Aggregator models, as all have the unique feature to receive replies. Do note that where ‘Number Masking’ is used in SMS Enterprise Broadcast, it will not be possible to receive replies.
Yes, you can customize the message respond to the end user who replies or sends in a SMS. All message responds will be chargeable. If you do not wish to send a message respond, you can leave the fields blank.
The number will be a 5 digit short code or 8 digit mobile numbers, depending on the subscription plan. You can also choose to subscribe to Number Masking service, where users can see for example, your company name (For broadcast service only)
Yes, it is possible. This private labelling technology is known as ‘Number Masking’, and is a chargeable option available in BizLive SMS Enterprise Broadcast. (Not applicable for Interactive and Aggregator customers, and not applicable for Lite plan customers.)
You can set up to a maximum of 11 alphanumeric characters (including spaces), and a minimum of 2 alphanumeric characters.
Yes, if you are on a broadcast or 1 way aggregator account.
This is a form of identification to the recipient, which will be inserted at the start of every SMS.
No, as this is for the benefit of the recipients who will be able to identify the sender.
We will retry the sending out of SMS for 3min. Afterwhich, we will mark this as unsent. You can view the status of the SMS sent (sent/queue/unsent) in the report/logs.
GSM character set is supported.
Please key in your campaign message directly from the keyboard into the message box where possible. Do refrain from using cut and copy from other sources (eg: word documents, webpages), because these sources may contain non-ascii characters, which may not be recognized by the system.
Do click the preview button which is below the message box before sending. The preview link will indicate if there is an error in the message, prompting the exact error given. Please remove this character if so.
This is important because certain characters will cause the message to be much longer than it looks: ie a 160character message with non-ascii fonts will cause the number of characters to multiply by more than 2 times.
In addition, the ‘number of message’ counter is only an estimated indicator of the number of SMS that will be sent. For the actual number, you are encouraged to send the actual content and view the message logs before any major broadcast. "
