General

1. Can I make a call from any phone using SingTel ICC?

   Yes, SingTel ICC gives you the freedom to call from any push-button phone virtually anywhere in the world. However, some phones may require IDD access.
   Please note: Some public payphones overseas may require the deposit of coins or phone card. SingTel ICC access may not be available from certain countries when dialling from mobile phones. View more information on public payphones.

2. How can I send a fax with SingTel ICC?

3. How will I know which is required, my PIN or Password, when I make a call?

   When making self-dial calls, you will need to enter your PIN. However if you require an operator-assisted call, you will need to provide your password for verification.

4. What should I do if I forget my PIN or password?

   Call our hotline at 1800-838 3322 (24 hrs) to request a new PIN. If you are overseas, call the SingaporeDirect access numbers to speak to our operator.

5. How do I change my PIN?

6. What is the difference between the charges for self-dial calls and operator-assisted calls?

   Self-dial calls are charged in blocks of 6 seconds whereas operator-assisted calls are charged in blocks of 1 minute. View instructions on how to make an operator-assisted call.

7. How am I being billed?

   For your convenience, every call is itemised, billed and charged in Singapore dollars in a monthly bill sent to you or your company. For confidentiality, only a 7-digit reference number will appear on your bill, not your ICC number. In all correspondence, please quote only this number.

8. When do I make payment?

   SingTel will send your bill monthly, if you have incurred charges to your ICC. Simply use the mode of payment you selected at the time of application.

    Please dial 6668 1898 to make a SingTel ICC™ call if your PABX bars 4-digit access codes. However, local charges apply when dialling this number.

13. How long does it take for SingTel to process my SingTel ICC application form?

    It will take 5 working days to process your application.

14. What are the extra features of SingTel's ICC?

    Multi-Language Voice Promots	4 language options: English, Mandarin, Malay & Japanese
    Eazidal	Pre-programme up to 9 originating numbers. After you have programmed your phone, you just need to enter your PIN. Refer to the step-by-step guide.

Alternatively, you can pick up a SingTel ICC™ application form at SingTel hello! shop - Comcentre or call us at 1800-838 3322 for a form to be faxed or mailed to you. All you need to do is to fill up the application form, mail it or fax it back to us and you will be able to get your personalised SingTel ICC within 5 working days upon receipt of your completed application form.
