SingTel International Toll-Free Service (ITFS) - The Bridge of Enterprise
![]() | Expand your business reach with SingTel ITFS! |
Types of SingTel ITFS
Inbound ITFS | Callers in different countries would be connected to you instantly. Calls originate in a foreign country and terminate at a pre-registered number in Singapore. A dedicated different toll-free number is given to the subscriber in each different country. |
Enhanced ITFS | Many developing countries may not be able to provide Inbound ITFS service. Enhanced ITFS bridges this gap. An Interactive Voice Response System will prompt customers and guide them to get connected to your business. |
Universal International Freephone (UNIFN) | Accessibility gives your company a competitive edge. UIFN allows customers to contact your company in Singapore through a single toll-free number accessible from different countries. What can be easier for a customer than to remember only one single number wherever they may be calling from. |
