Hubbing Voice Services

Hubbing Voice Services provide global routing solutions. It is a cost effective way for traffic direction to the specified destination using SingTel's extensive coverage. Enjoy worldwide access to countries beyond your reach at competitive prices. You may subscribe to a minimum of 1E1 to start the service (applies for both TDM and IP connections via Singapore, Australia or any location where SingTel has a voice point of presence). SingTel offers Hubbing Voice Services via 2 different product offerings: 1. Value Hubbing Economical voice delivery service. Competitive cost of delivery for A-Z destinations. Global coverage with access to more than 300 destinations. Efficient fault escalation service. Suitable for price sensitive wholesale/hubbing traffic. 2. Premium Hubbing Premium quality voice grade service with fax, CLI and roaming capability. Stable pricing and high level of voice quality. Applicable for major America, Asia Pacific, European and Oceania destinations. Suitable for retail based traffic and quality sensitive carriers. You may choose between two payment options, namely PostPaid and Prepaid solution for Hubbing Voice Services. Rates are quoted on per minute basis every month, and rated on per second block (1+1). With SingTel’s extensive access and global capability to world wide destinations, you will be able to enjoy a cost effective and stable call completion routing solution.

Economical Telco Calling Card (TCC)

SingTel TCC offers prepaid calling card solutions for low cost voice delivery. This service caters to the needs of today's prepaid market. Resellers can leverage on our prepaid calling card platform and extensive network by offering competitive international call termination through their own branded prepaid calling card.

SingTel TCC meets the business objectives of resellers by offering immediate market entry at minimal or no capital investment.

SingTel offers you a complete solution for voice delivery globally using high quality and reliable carrier grade routes. This latest service enables you to deliver voice traffic at competitive market prices. It means more savings and therefore higher profitability to your organization. You may subscribe to a minimum of 1E1 to start the service (applies for both TDM and IP connection).

Using SingTel Prepaid Voice platform, you will enjoy greater flexibility to cater to your traffic routing needs to A-Z destinations. This customer web portal serves as a tracking and management tool for you to monitor traffic and credit status (you will be issued a login ID and password to check the credit balance). An alert will be sent to you to notify you on your credit balance at different usage level to help you manage and plan the routing and financial needs in advance. You will receive a usage statement and a settlement statement at the end of the month.
