Mr Israel, 58, is the Chairman of Asia Pacific Breweries Limited and Asia Pacific Breweries Foundation and a Director of CapitaLand Limited.
Mr Israel was an Executive Director and President of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited before retiring with effect from 1 July 2011. Prior to that, he was Chairman of Asia Pacific of Danone, Asia, and a member of the Executive Committee of Group Danone. He held various positions in Sara Lee Corporation in the Asia Pacific region, including Country Manager/Zone Manager for Indonesia, the Philippines, the South Pacific and Thailand, before becoming President (Household & Personal Care), Asia Pacific.
Mr Israel is the former Chairman of the Singapore Tourism Board and a former Director of Fraser and Neave Limited and Neptune Orient Lines Limited.
Mr Israel was conferred the Knight in the Legion of Honour by the French government in 2007. He holds a Diploma in Business Studies from The University of the South Pacific.

Chua Sock Koong (SingTel Group CEO)

Ms Chua, 54, appointed Group CEO on 1 April 2007, oversees SingTel's three key businesses - Australia, Singapore and International. She joined SingTel in June 1989 as Treasurer and was made Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in April 1999. She held the positions of Group CFO and CEO (International) from February 2006 until 12 October 2006, when she was appointed Deputy Group CEO.
Ms Chua sits on the Boards of Bharti Airtel Limited, Bharti Telecom Limited and key subsidiaries of the SingTel Group. She is also a member of the Singapore Management University Board of Trustees, the Public Service Commission and the Corporate Governance Council of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. She is a former Board member of JTC Corporation and the Casino Regulatory Authority.
Ms Chua holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) from the University of Singapore. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Singapore and a CFA charterholder.

Fang Ai Lian

Mrs Fang, 62, has been the Chairman of Great Eastern Holdings Ltd since April 2008, as well as Chairman of its insurance subsidiaries. Prior to that, she was with Ernst & Young for over 30 years, where she was appointed Managing Partner in 1996 and Chairman in 2005.
Mrs Fang is a Director of Banyan Tree Holdings Limited, MediaCorp Pte Ltd, Metro Holdings Limited and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and one of its subsidiaries. She is also the Chairman of the Charity Council and the Tax Academy of Singapore. She is a former Board member of the Public Utilities Board and International Enterprise Singapore.
Mrs Fang qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1973 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Dominic Chiu Fai Ho

Mr Ho, 61, is a Director of Hang Lung Properties Limited and the Hong Kong Mercantile Exchange. He was the founder and a partner of HOPU Investment Management Co., Ltd.
Mr Ho joined KPMG US in Houston in 1975 and became a partner in 1985. He was transferred to Beijing, China to setup KPMG’s practice in 1984 and resided in China until 1989 when he was assigned to Hong Kong. Mr Ho became the China firm’s Senior Partner based in Beijing in 2000 and was elected Chairman of KPMG in China and Hong Kong SAR in April 2003. He retired in April 2007.
Mr Ho holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston, US. He is a member of the American Institute of Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Low Check Kian

Mr Low, 52, is one of the founding partners of NewSmith Capital Partners LLP, an independent partnership providing corporate finance advice and investment management services, with its headquarters based in London. Prior to founding NewSmith, Mr Low was a Senior Vice-President and Member of the Executive Management Committee of Merrill Lynch & Co., as well as its Chairman for the Asia Pacific Region.
Mr Low sits on the Boards of Neptune Orient Lines Limited and Fibrechem Technologies Limited, as well as AWAK Technologies Pte. Ltd. Mr Low served as an independent director on the Singapore Exchange Board since July 2000 and was appointed Lead Independent Director in May 2006 till his retirement in October 2011. He previously also sat on the Board of Singapore Workforce Development Agency and chaired its investment arm.
Mr Low holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Peter Edward Mason AM(1)

Mr Mason, 65, is the Chairman of AMP Limited, a Director of David Jones Limited and a Senior Adviser of UBS Australia.
Mr Mason has 40 years experience in investment banking. He was Chairman of JP Morgan Chase Bank in Australia from 2000 to 2005 and Chairman of their associate, Ord Minnett Group.
Prior to this, he was Chairman and Chief Executive of Schroders Australia and Group Managing Director of Schroders' investment banking businesses in the Asia Pacific region. He has previously been Chairman and/or Director of a number of Australian listed companies.
Mr Mason holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours), an MBA and an Honorary Doctorate from The University of New South Wales.

Mr Nargolwala, 61, is a non-executive Director of Prudential plc. and the Casino Regulatory Authority.
Mr Nargolwala was the non-executive Chairman of Credit Suisse Asia Pacific from October 2010 to December 2011 and the CEO of Credit Suisse Asia Pacific and a member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse AG from January 2008 to September 2010. He was a Group Executive Director of Standard Chartered PLC before joining Credit Suisse Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he was the Group Executive Vice President and Head of Asia Wholesale Banking Group for Bank of America, headquartered in Hong Kong. Mr Nargolwala was a non executive Director of Tate & Lyle PLC from December 2004 to December 2007.He was also a non-executive Director of the Asia Pacific Region Board of Visa International until October 2007.
Mr Nargolwala holds a Bachelor degree in Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Delhi, India. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Peter Ong Boon Kwee

Mr Ong, 50, is the Head of Singapore’s Civil Service, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of Singapore, Permanent Secretary (Special Duties) in the Prime Minister’s Office and the Permanent Secretary for National Security and Intelligence Co-ordination. He has previously held the positions of Permanent Secretary (Ministry of Trade and Industry), Permanent Secretary (Ministry of Transport) and 2nd Permanent Secretary (Ministry of Defence). Prior to that, he was an Executive Vice President of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.
He currently sits on the Boards of ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office, Monetary Authority of Singapore and National Research Foundation. He is also the Chairman of Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and Calvary Community Care. He is the former Chairman of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, MND Holdings Pte Ltd and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, and a former Director of DBS Group Holdings Limited and DBS Bank Limited.
Mr Ong was conferred the Meritorious Service Medal (Pingat Jasa Gemilang) at the Singapore National Day Awards 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from The University of Adelaide, Australia and an MBA from Stanford University, US.

Mr Ong, 48, is the Chairman of InfoComm Investments Pte Ltd and a venture partner of GSR Ventures. He is also a member of the Board of the National Research Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
Mr Ong was the founder and Chairman of Encentuate. Inc. (Encentuate), which was acquired by IBM, Inc. (IBM) in 2008. Prior to Encentuate, Mr Ong was the founder and Chairman of Interwoven Inc. (Interwoven) (now Autonomy, Inc.). Before Interwoven, Mr Ong was co-founder and chief architect of Electric Classifieds, Inc., and held various engineering and management roles at Illustra Information Technologies, Inc. (now Informix Technologies, Inc., part of IBM), Sybase Inc. (now SAP America, Inc.), and Gensym Corporation. He is a former Director of InfoComm Development Authority of Singapore and JTC Corporation.
Mr Ong holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas, US and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, US.

Allen Lew, CEO Singapore, SingTel
Mr Lew, was appointed CEO Singapore in February 2006 with responsibility for the performance and operations of SingTel's business in Singapore.
He began his career with the SingTel Group in November 1980. He has served in various senior management positions, including Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Info Service (AIS) – the Group's associate in Thailand, Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Telecom International Pte Ltd and Managing Director of Optus Consumer.
Mr Lew is the Chairman of the AIS Executive Committee. He is also a Board member of the Sentosa Development Corporation and a member of the Singapore Institute of Technology's Board of Trustees.
Mr Lew holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Science (Management) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, US.

Hui Weng Cheong, CEO International, SingTel
Mr Hui was appointed CEO International in December 2010, responsible for the growth of SingTel Group's overseas investments and strengthening its relationships with overseas partners.
Before this, he was Chief Operating Officer with the Group's Thai associate, Advanced Info Service (AIS),responsible for sales and marketing, network operations, IT solutions and customer and services management.
A SingTel scholar, he started his SingTel career as an engineer. In 1999, he assumed the position of Vice President (Consumer Products) and managed the product development of new mobile, paging, internet, broadband and telephone businesses.
He sits on the Boards of Bharti Airtel Limited, Bharti Telecom Limited and Globe Telecom.
He has a First Class Honours in Engineering (Electrical) from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the International Business Education and Research Program at the University of Southern California, US.
Paul O'Sullivan, CEO, SingTel Optus
Mr O'Sullivan was appointed Chief Executive of Optus in September 2004. He is responsible for all aspects of the performance and operations of Optus.
Mr O’Sullivan also has management responsibilities across the SingTel Group and serves on the Board of Commissioners of Telkomsel, Indonesia. Prior to his current role, Mr O’Sullivan held management positions within Optus including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Optus Mobile. Previously, he also held various international management roles at the Colonial Group and the Royal Dutch Shell Group in Canada, the Middle East, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Mr O’Sullivan is a founding member and Chairman of the Australian Business and Community Network, which partners businesses with schools to improve collaboration between corporate Australia and education leaders.
He has a Bachelor of Arts (Mod) Economics from Trinity College, University of Dublin.
Jeann Low, Group Chief Financial Officer, SingTel
Ms Low was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in September 2008. She oversees the group’s financial affairs including corporate finance, treasury, risk management and capital management and investor relations. Before this, she was Chief Financial Officer of Optus from 2006.
She joined SingTel in 1998 as the Group Financial Controller. In 2004, she was promoted to Executive Vice President of Strategic Investments managing the Group’s international investments.
Before SingTel, she worked at an international accounting firm and thereafter in a public listed electronics company in Singapore.
She is a Director of OpenNet Pte. Ltd. Since April 2010, she has been a Council Member of the Singapore Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
She holds an Honours Degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Certified Public Accountant in Singapore.

Bill Chang, Executive Vice President (Business), SingTel
Mr Chang joined SingTel in November 2005 as Executive Vice President of Business Group. The Business Group serves SingTel’s domestic and global corporate customers with a full range of Info-Communication Technology (ICT) services.
Mr Chang has more than 18 years management experience in leading ICT companies and is actively involved in industry Committees, task forces and advisory work.
Mr Chang is a Board member of the Workforce Development Agency (WDA), the Chairman of WDA Incentives and Grants Committee, Chairman of Grid Comms Pte Ltd, Vice Chairman of Globe Telecoms in the Philippines and Deputy Chairman of the Singapore Polytechnic Board of Governors. He also sits on the Advisory Committee of Singapore Management University School of Information Systems and Nanyang Polytechnic School of Engineering.
Mr Chang was a member of the ICT sub-committee which was part of the Government’s Economic Review Committee (2003), SiTF Councillor (2002/2004), Chairman of SiTF-AAC Internet Data Centre Committee (2001), and executive committee member for Think Tank (1999/2000). Mr Chang received the National Day Public Service Medal Award for his contributions to the Singapore’s workforce development in 2007.
Before joining SingTel, Mr Chang was the Managing Director of CISCO Systems’ Advanced Services Group in Asia Pacific. He was responsible for the company’s operations in 13 regional countries.
Mr Chang graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University in 1990.

Chia Wee Boon, Chief Executive Officer, NCS Pte Ltd
Mr Chia was appointed Chief Executive Officer of NCS on 1 July 2010. Mr Chia first joined NCS as the Chief Operating Officer in June 2009.
Prior to joining NCS, Mr Chia was the Senior Vice President for Worldwide Alliance Sales in the Technology Solutions Group sales organisation for HP where he was responsible for effectively engaging and leveraging Systems Integrators and Outsourcers globally. In this role, based in Palo Alto, Mr Chia led a global team responsible for growing HP’s business with Accenture, BearingPoint, Capgemini, Deloitte, Infosys, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tata Consultancy Group, Wipro, and other Systems Integrators and Outsourcers.
Mr Chia began his career in HP in 1982 as a systems engineer. Since then, he has accumulated experience across HP’s diverse business units and has also held a series of senior positions in the company, including Senior Vice President for Sales in the Technology Solutions Group, Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ), Senior Vice President of the APJ Customer Solutions Group, Vice President of the APJ Customer Support Business and Managing Director of HP Singapore and South East Asia.
Mr Chia is a member of various committees and boards including the Singapore Police Association for National Servicemen, the Civil Defence Association for National Servicemen and the National Institute of Education Council. He previously served on the boards of National Heritage Board; International Enterprise Singapore; Singapore Land Authority; the Ministry of Education's Committee to Review Upgrading Opportunity at Degree Level; Economic Review Committee (ERC), sub-committee for Policies Related to Taxation, the Central Provident Fund system, Wages and Land; and the Singapore Green Plan 2012 Coordinating Committee.
Ng Yoke Weng, Group Chief Information Officer, SingTel
Mr Ng joined SingTel in 1997 as the Chief Information Officer. He was re-designated Group Chief Information Officer in 2003 following the integration of IT operations for SingTel's Singapore and Australian (Optus) businesses.
He leads and oversees the planning, development and operations of the IT infrastructure and information systems to ensure quality service delivery and operational efficiency. From April 2007 to January 2011, he was covering Group Chief Technology Officer, responsible for driving long-term technology strategy, synergies and benchmarking. Prior to joining SingTel, Mr Ng spent 17 years with Systems & Computer Organisation, Ministry of Defence, rising to the top position of director.
Mr Ng holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Computer Society.
Aileen Tan, Group Director (Human Resource), SingTel
Ms Tan joined SingTel in June 2008 as Group Director (Human Resource). She oversees the development of human resource across the SingTel Group, including wholly-owned subsidiaries NCS and Optus. She is also responsible for the Group's corporate social responsibility.
Before SingTel, she was Group General Manager Human Resource at WBL Corporation and was Vice President, Centres of Excellence with Abacus International. Ms Tan has over 20 years of HR experience in various multinational corporations and local companies.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Statistics and Japanese Studies from the National University of Singapore. She also holds a Master in Organisational Behaviour from the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant University.
She is a member of the Home Nursing Foundation Board and HR Manpower Skills & Training Council.
Mark Chong, Chief Operating Officer, AIS
Mark was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Advanced Info Service Plc (AIS), SingTel’s regional mobile associate in Thailand on 1 October 2010. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at AIS, his responsibilities include sales and marketing, network operations, IT solutions as well as customer and services management.
Prior to this, Mark was EVP (Networks) since January 2008. His main responsibility was to optimise and enhance the fixed, wireless and international networks of SingTel Singapore, as well as implementing new network technologies.
Mark joined SingTel in 1997 as General Manager (Telephony) in the fixed-line business and was posted to Shinawatra Paging, a SingTel joint venture in Thailand, as Managing Director in 1999. Upon his return in 2001, he was appointed CEO (SingTel Global Offices) and was responsible for growing SingTel’s corporate business outside of Singapore. His role was subsequently enlarged in 2004 where he also took on the position of VP (Global Accounts).
In 2006, he relinquished his CEO (SingTel Global Offices) role and focused on leading the Global Accounts team where he was managing the telecommunication needs of SingTel’s major corporate customers until December 2007.
Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering and Master in Research in Electronic Systems from ENSERG, Grenoble, France and obtained his Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Tay Soo Meng, Executive Vice President (Networks), SingTel
Mr Tay was appointed Executive Vice President (Networks) on 1 September 2010. Prior to this, he was with Optus Networks as Managing Director since July 2008 and was responsible for driving the technology, engineering and operation of Optus’ fixed, satellite, IP and mobile networks to meet the strategic and operational needs.
Soo Meng was previously the Vice President of Network Operations for SingTel, overseeing SingTel’s Network Operations for two years – including Local, International and Mobile Switch Management Operations, Satellite Operations, Submarine Cables Management and Restoration, Field Operations, Outside Plant Operations, SingTel Group Operations, Business Operations and Network Operations Centre.
Prior to this appointment, he was Vice President of Mobile Networks for SingTel, a role he held for seven years. During that period, Mr Tay also oversaw Optus’ mobile network and managed the engineering operations of SingTel’s mobile joint ventures overseas. He was responsible for strategic and economic planning, network quality management, and in-house development and management of products and services in Singapore, Australia and SingTel’s regional markets.
Mr Tay has over 40 years global telecommunication experience and was responsible for setting up paging and cellular networks for SingTel’s overseas joint ventures in countries like China, Indonesia, Mauritius, Norway, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. He was the GSM Association’s Asia Pacific Chairman in 1997 and was responsible for looking after the interests of GSM operators in the Asia Pacific region.
His association with cellular technology started in 1986 when he planned, evaluated and implemented Singapore’s first Analogue Cellular AMPS system, which was successfully commissioned in 1988. Prior to joining the cellular group, he was with the Fixed Network Switch Planning Department and was involved in the planning and implementation of local telephone exchanges. Mr Tay holds an MBA from the University of Leicester (England).
Yuen Kuan Moon, Executive Vice President (Digital Consumer), SingTel
Mr Yuen was appointed Executive Vice President of the Consumer Group in July 2009. He is responsible for leading and managing the Consumer Group to deliver to Singapore consumers a complete and integrated suite of services, including mobile, broadband and fixed-line solutions.
Prior to joining the Consumer Group as the Chief of Consumer in January 2009, Mr Yuen was the Vice President of Regional Operations where he worked very closely with the Joint Ventures companies and associates to drive the regional strategies and initiatives in areas such as sales, marketing and product development.
He was previously on a long-term assignment at Telkomsel, one of SingTel’s Joint Ventures in Indonesia, from 2003 to 2007. He joined as General Manager, Product Management, and became Director of Commerce in 2005, where he was responsible for all Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Service and Corporate Account Management activities of Telkomsel.
Mr Yuen has more than 16 years of experience in Telecommunications and he started his career with SingTel in 1993. He has performed a variety of functions mainly in the consumer space, such as Marketing, Business Development, Retail and Channel Sales, as well as Product Development. With his vast experience in this industry, he has developed an extensive knowledge of the telecommunications business marketing and sales that is needed to serve users in the global marketplace.
Mr Yuen graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Engineering from The University of Western Australia. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Stanford University in California, USA (Sloan Program).
Bradley Gambill, Group Chief Strategy Officer, SingTel
Mr Gambill was appointed Group Chief Strategy Officer in February 2011. He drives the strategy and development of new growth platforms across SingTel Group. He is also responsible for strategic investments, group M&A and for driving group-level product and service innovation.
Prior to his appointment in SingTel, Mr Gambill was based in Seoul as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of LG Electronics.
He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy, investments and management consulting. He was also previously a Partner at McKinsey & Company and Managing Director at Innosight Venture Pte Ltd.
Mr Gambill graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Public Policy. He has an MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, US.
