Checking of recontract eligibility can be done via the following modes:

   - Key on your mobile phone.
   - Reply with option '4' to check your handset upgrade eligibility.
   - A reply via SMS will be sent to your mobile phone shortly.
   
   Note:
   Not available for Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) and Small Medium Enterprise (SME) customers.
   
   
2. MySingTel App
   - Download the free My SingTel.
   - Click on "MyMobile" and =>Create New Profile.
   - Enter the SMS password for verifications.
   - You will be able to view your Handset Update Eligibility.
   

        

3. SingTel My Account
   - Log in to SingTel My Account with your ONEPass ID and password.
   - At the Account Summary landing page, click on "View more" of the selected mobile number to see your handset upgrade eligibility date.
   
   Note:
   Not available for Small Medium Enterprise (SME) customers.

Terms and Conditions

SingTel iPhone Price Plans: Prices differ for Corporate Individual Scheme customers. iFlexi plans are only applicable with purchase of iPhone. Customer must sign a 2-year equipment contract (New or Recontract) on the above price plans. A one-time registration fee of $10.70 and prevailing SIM card charges apply. Excess local airtime is charged at 16.05¢/minute, based on an initial block of 1 minute and subsequent blocks of 6 seconds rounded to the nearest cent on a per call basis. Excess SMS is charged at 5.35¢/SMS and excess MMS is charged at 32.10¢/MMS (<30Kb) or 85.60¢/MMS (>30Kb).

Typical speed on 4G services: Refers to the Typical Range that the user can experience, stationary or on-the-move, 80% of the time, over a 24-hour period at various locations with 4G outdoor coverage, including Orchard, City Hall and Shenton Way. The speed range may vary between users and is subject to device used, hardware and software limitation, network coverage/traffic, distance between user and base station, nature of built-up area, source of website and other external factors.

Free Local Data: Data bundle includes Internet Tethering and is for local usage only. Excess local data usage is charged at $0.01/2 KB (min of $0.05/data session), up to $5.35 per 1GB. Local data is capped at $94/month (incl. GST). iFlexi’s typical download speed range that users can experience 80% of the time: 0.8Mbps to 4.8Mbps. Full details on www.singtel.com/bbmobile. Youth Free Unlimited SMS: Free SMS to any local mobile number. All SMS are to be used for personal and non-commercial purpose only. This service is subject to fair usage by customers. SingTel shall have sole discretion to determine whether a customer's usage is excessive and to allocate the excessive portion for charging. Valid for 24 months from the date of sign-up. Youth Free Campus/Camp Calls are capped at $30 per month at Campus/Camp zones.
