1. Definition What’s the difference between SingNet BroadBand and other Telcos? SingNet BroadBand is using ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line)/ home residential line which is a broadband connection to connect to internet hence you will enjoy dedicated internet access. Whereas, for other telcos, they are using cable broadband connection, where your speed is dependent on the number of concurrent users within your area which will effectively affect your surfing experience. What is an Integrated Wireless Modem? An integrated Wireless Modem is a modem plus a router in 1 device with 4-Ethernet Port which allows connections for up to 4-PCs and to enable wireless surfing within the house. The brand of the modem is 2Wire 5012NV 11N Wireless Modem. Comes with 2 years warranty. 2. Eligibility I am below 21 years old, am I eligible to sign up for SingNet BroadBand? No. You must be at least 21 years old to be eligible to sign up for SingNet BroadBand. How many SingNet BroadBand lines can I sign up under my name / NRIC? Customers can sign up to 4 SingNet BroadBand under the same NRIC out of which ONLY 1 can be a premium plan. Can I have more than 1 SingNet BroadBand account in the same house? Yes, you can, but each SingNet BroadBand must be under a different home residential line. Can I enjoy Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) for the premium plans? NO. CIS customers will enjoy 10% off the standard SingNet BroadBand promotion rates. Can I downgrade my SingNet BroadBand plan within contract? Customer will have to pay a downgrade penalty accordingly. Kindly call 1688 to check with our customer care consultant. If I were to terminate my SingNet BroadBand plan within contract, what’s my penalty? Customers will be charged an Early Termination Charge (ETC) accordingly. If you have subscribed to the SingNet BroadBand and Mobile BroadBand integrated bundle offers, the usual monthly subscription for Mobile BroadBand will apply. Can I do a transfer of my SingNet BroadBand anytime during my contract period? Yes. You can transfer your SingNet BroadBand ownership at any point of your contract period and the transferee will continue the balance of the SingNet BroadBand contract period. Do I have to pay any charges if I need to transfer my SingNet Broadband ownership? Yes. You will need to pay a fee of $10.70 (with 7% GST) if you wish to transfer your SingNet BroadBand ownership to another party. Does the owner of SingNet BroadBand need to be present when doing the transfer? Yes. Both the Transferor and Transferee are required to walk in with relevant documents (both original FIN/Passport) when doing the transfer of ownership. 3. Sign Up Where can I sign up for SingNet BroadBand? You can sign up at any SingTel Retail Store or selected SingTel Exclusive Retailer. What are the documents required at point of signup? No. What is the contractual period of all the promotions? All SingNet BroadBand and BroadBand on Mobile promotions are on 24-months contract. How long do I need to wait for my SingNet BroadBand / BroadBand on Mobile to be activated / use? For SingNet BroadBand, your service will be activated 4 – 9 working days later depending whether you need on-site installation and also dependent on installation slots availability. You can check with our sales staffs at point of sign up. For BroadBand on Mobile, your service will be activated in 2 working days. What price will I be paying after 24-mths contract is over? You will be paying the same price even after your contract ends. However you will be contacted to recontract your SingNet BroadBand 3-mths prior to contract ends so that you are able to continue to enjoy the best subscription rates. Are modems included for all promotions?

| Listed price plans with equipment purchase are applicable to non-Singaporeans with a valid foreign identification number (FIN). SingNet Security Suite promotion is valid with a 12-month contract. A monthly subscription of $5/month applies before and after the free 6 months subscription promotion.
