| 1. Definition What is mio Home expat? mio Home expat is a 12-month service plan comprising of a bundle of home services i.e. SingNet BroadBand, SingNet mio TV and SingTel Fixed Telephone Line Service. Customers can also opt for mio Voice, which offers unlimited local calls, if they choose to do so. What are the exclusive benefits and discounts that I will enjoy? By signing up for any mio Home expat plans, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:
2. Eligibility Who is eligible for mio Home expat? The customer must be a foreigner and must be at least 21 years old in order to be eligible to sign up for mio Home expat. He/She must have mio TV coverage; otherwise he/she would not be eligible to sign up for mio Home expat. If the customer is an existing SingTel Customer, he/she must meet all relevant criteria for each service in order for his application for a mio Home expat plan to be successful. If I am a SingNet Dial-up customer, can I take up mio Home expat? Yes. However you have to upgrade your current SingNet Dial-Up account to a SingNet BroadBand account which is part of the mio Home expat Bundle. Are corporate managed accounts, CIS customer or staff schemes eligible to sign up for mio Home expat? No. mio Home expat is currently only available to residential customers. I am either a Singaporean or permanent resident. Can I sign up mio Home expat? No. mio Home expat plans are only catered for foreigners only. Singaporeans and permanent residents are not allowed to sign up. I am neither Singaporean nor permanent resident. Can I sign up for mio Home expat and do I need to pay any deposits? Yes. A foreigner is able to sign up for mio Home service plan if he/she holds an Employment Pass, work permit or Dependent Pass. All passes must have a minimum validity of 12 months and the customer must also produce a tenancy letter agreement or any other forms of agreement reflecting residential address upon signup. Deposits are applicable depending on the number of services that he/she is currently subscribed to. Please refer to the table below for amount of deposit required. * A foreign deposit is not applicable for a foreigner who holds an Employment Pass (EP) or an S pass I am an existing SingNet/mio Plan/mio Home customer. Can I change my existing plans to mio Home expat? No. All existing customers (SingNet, mio Plan and mio Home) are not allowed to sign up for a mio Home expat plan. I am an existing mio TV customer. Can I change my existing plan to mio Home expat? Yes. You can sign up for a 12 months mio Home expat contract plan anytime but your mio TV content contract ( if any) will still continue. I am an existing SingTel Fixed Line/mio Voice customer. Can I change my existing plan to mio Home expat? Yes. You can sign up for a 12 months mio Home expat contract plan anytime. Would I enjoy any mobile privileges if I sign up for mio Home expat? You would still be able to enjoy mobile annual handset upgrade and 15% off V019 rates on your mobile key line. On top of this, you and your family would also get to enjoy mobile multi line discounts of up to 25%. I am below 21 years old, am I eligible to sign up for mio Home expat? No. You must be at least 21 years old to be eligible to sign up for mio Home expat. I am 21 years and above. How many mio Home service plans can I take up? You are eligible to sign up for a maximum of 4 mio Home service plans. 3. Sign Up Where can I sign up for mio Home expat (12-month contract term)? You can sign up at any SingTel Retail shops or selected SingTel Exclusive Retailer. What are the documents required at point of signup? Applicant Documents

No. You need to sign up for a minimum of 12 months contract with SingNet in order to be eligible to take up mio Home expat. Can I take up mio Home and do an upgrade for SingNet BroadBand services? Yes. You can upgrade your SingNet BroadBand service in your existing mio Home expat plan anytime. Do I get a new modem if I sign up for mio Home expat? Yes. You will be entitled to a new integrated wireless modem. Will my existing services be affected if I sign up for mio Home expat? As you have signed up for a new bundled service, we would require some time on the day of installation to get your new service package ready. Therefore, you may face some downtime. However, all services will be ready once installation is complete. 4. Termination My 3 services in mio Home expat have not been activated and I would like to terminate my application now. Do I need to pay any cancellation charges? Service Cancellation Charge

Is there any termination penalty for premature termination of price plan? Yes. Termination charges are applicable if you terminate your mio Home expat contract plan prematurely. Please refer to the table below for more details. Termination Charges of mio Home services

What happens if I wish to terminate one of the services before my contract ends? Will I still enjoy mio Home bundled price plan? As you have terminated one of the services before your mio Home contract ends, you would be considered that you have terminated your mio Home contract plan prematurely. Respective pre-mature termination fees would thus apply. If you retain your SingNet BroadBand, you would be reverted to a 12-month SingNet BroadBand default price and would have to serve out the remaining balance of the mio Home contract. If you decide to retain your mio Voice/Fixed Line, you would have to serve out the remaining balance of the mio Home contract on the default price. If you decide to retain your mio TV, you would be reverted back to the standalone content default pricing. If I terminate my mio Home expat plan, will I still get to enjoy the mobile multi line discount? No. You will not be able to enjoy the mobile multi line discount if you terminate your mio Home expat plan. I have subscribed to mio Home expat plan. Can I suspend my services? No. You are not allowed to suspend your services in mio Home expat plans. 5. Change of Plans What happens if I upgrade/downgrade within the same or between different mio Home plans? You can upgrade or downgrade your mio Home plan anytime. There is no penalty for upgrading your mio Home expat plan. A downgrade penalty of $96.30 (with 7% GST) will be imposed for every downgrade of your mio Home expat Plan within the same contract. Your existing mio Home expat contract will continue undisrupted and the original contract end date will still remain unchanged. When will the change of plan take effect? The change of plan would take effect in 4 working days. Can I do a transfer of mio Home expat plan anytime during my contract period? Yes, you can transfer your mio Home expat ownership at any point of your contract period and the transferee will continue with the balance of the mio Home expat contract period. Do I have to pay any charges if I need to transfer my mio Home ownership? Yes, you will need to pay a fee of $21.40 (with 7% GST) if you wish to transfer your mio Home ownership to another party. Does the owner of mio Plan Home need to be present when doing the transfer? Yes. Both the Transferor and Transferee are required to walk in with relevant documents (both original FIN/Passport) when doing a transfer of ownership. Where can I do a transfer of mio Home? Transfer of ownership can only be done at hello! outlets. No call-in request will be entertained. Do I still enjoy the multi-line discount even if I transfer mio Home to someone else? No. You will not be able to enjoy the multi-line discount once you have successfully transferred your mio Home service plan to another party. 6. Relocation Do I still enjoy the multi-line discount even if I transfer mio Home to someone else? Yes. You would still be able to enjoy your existing services provided your new area of residence has mio TV coverage. All relocation must be done at hello outlets and a tenancy letter agreement or any other forms of agreement reflecting residential address must be brought along for verification. |

Minimum spend of $16.05 per month applies unless otherwise stipulated. 10% discount on mio TV content is based on nett content charges. Additional charges and contractual terms apply for mio TV content that is not part of this promotional offer.
