| 1. Definition What is Mobile BroadBand? Mobile BroadBand is a high speed data service using HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) or 3.5G. An USB HSDPA modem is usually required to access the service on your laptop or desktop computer. 2. Eligibility Who can sign up for a 12-month Mobile BroadBand plans? 12-month Mobile BroadBand plans with equipment purchase is applicable to non-Singaporeans with a valid Foreign Identification Number (FIN). 3. You can sign up at any SingTel Retail shops or selected SingTel Exclusive Retailer. Please refer to the top right of page ("Locate Us") for store listings. Can I choose other models of USB modems? Yes. Please check with our SingTel Retail shops on the latest modems for purchase. What happens at the end of the 12-month term? On the 13th month of your contract, the list price of $29.90 (Mobile BroadBand 3.6Mbps) or $41.40 (Mobile BroadBand 7.2Mbps) will apply. 4. Termination and change of plan I have signed up for Mobile BroadBand 7.2Mbps, can I downgrade the plan to Mobile BroadBand 3.6Mbps? Downgrade penalty will apply (remaining term of service x standard monthly subscription of Plan). |

USB modem models may vary according to specific plans. For 12-month contract, standard monthly subscription fee for the individual service plan will apply from 13th month. Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. Excess charges apply upon exceeding free local data bundle and will be rounded up to the nearest cent. The bundled worth of data (30GB/50GB) is only applicable for local data access and cannot be used to offset SMS, MMS or BlackBerry charges. Standard GPRS/3G roaming rates apply.
