  • Minimum subscription period is 3 months.
  • This service must be registered with a SingTel Telephone/Phonenet or SingTel Mobile (postpaid).
  • If the nominated telephone or mobile number is not registered under the applicant's name, authorisation is required.
  • Not applicable for PABX and ISDN lines.

First Time Login

To set up your VoiceMail:

Record your Personal Name
A [First Time User Introduction] session will be played to help you with changing Passwords, selecting a New Language and recording your Personal Name.
** You must call from your own telephone or mobile number.
 
 
Accessing OneM@il by telephone or mobile phone
 
With a single call, you can listen to your voice messages and email. You can also print your faxes and email to a fax machine.
 
To access OneM@il from your mobile phone or telephone:

Accessing OneM@il using Web Browser:
 
With a personal computer that is connected to the Internet, you can access OneM@il using a web browser or any POP3 compliant Email client.
Login to OneM@il

Upon login, the Inbox will be displayed.
Changing your telephone password:

  1. How many numbers can I sign up with OneM@il?

    You need to provide OneM@il with a SingTel DEL or PhoneNet or SingTel Mobile (except SingTel Hi!Card) line. In addition, you can nominate an optional number for the OneM@il account. The optional number can be another SingTel DEL, PhoneNet, SingTel Mobile or M1 number.

  2. Can I sign up more than two numbers with OneM@il?

    No. But you can call divert (from your mobile phone) or call forward (from your DEL) to your OneM@il number.

  3. What if the main number and/or optional number are not registered under my name?

    OneM@il Service will be billed to the same bill as the main number. If you are not the owner of the main number, you need to submit an authorisation form signed by the owner of the main number.

    If you are not the owner of the optional number, you will also need to submit an authorisation form signed by the owner

  4. I am a current subscriber of SingTel Virtual Fax Service. Can I retain my existing Virtual Fax Number when I sign up for OneM@il?

    Yes. Your OneM@il number in this case will be your existing Virtual Fax. You will be advised to retrieve all your Virtual Fax messages before we convert the number to OneM@il Service.

  5. Can I request additional email storage?

    Yes. Call 1688 to request additional email storage. You will be charged $5.35 for every 1MB of additional email storage space.

  6. Can I request additional voice and fax storage?

    Yes. Call 1688 to request additional voice and fax storage. You will be charged $2.14 for every additional 20 voice+fax messages.

  7. What is the difference between VoiceMail, FaxMail and OneM@il Service?

    VoiceMail allows your caller to leave you voice messages when they cannot reach you on your phone. FaxMail allows your caller to send a fax message to your FaxMail Service. With OneM@il, your caller can leave / send you voice messages And you can also receive faxes and email.

  8. Can I designate M1, StarHub Mobile or StarHub DEL as an optional number?

    You can provide your M1 mobile phone as the optional number. You must divert your call to OneM@il Service. But you will not be able to receive SMS notification. You cannot designate StarHub DEL or StarHub mobile as an optional number.

  9. My company has a PABX System. Can I subscribe to OneM@il Service on my extension?

    No. OneM@il Service must be provided with a SingTel DEL or PhoneNet number.  It cannot be provided on PABX or ISDN.

  10. I am a SingTel Magix subscriber. Can I apply for OneM@il on my Magix line?

    Yes.

  11. I subscribe to SingTel ISDN Service. Can I subscribe to OneM@il Service?

    No.

  12. Can I have OneM@il Service when I am roaming? 

    Yes. OneM@il Service is dependent on Call Divert supported in the foreign network operators to relay the call back to our system. OneM@il subscriber will be able to receive messages (Fax and Voice) when they are overseas only if the foreign network policy allow Call Divert for their inbound roamers.
