Terms & Conditions:
SingTel Mobile Price Plans: A one-time registration fee of $10.70 and SIM Card charge of $32.10 apply to new subscribers of all mobile price plans. For free incoming call plans, excess local airtime is charged at 16.05¢/minute. Excess SMS is charged at 5.35¢/SMS. Local Talktime is charged based on an initial block of 1 minute and subsequent blocks of 6 seconds rounded to the nearest cent on a per call basis. Pay per use local data service is pre-activated for all SingTel Mobile (Postpaid) price plans. Pay per use local data usage is charged at $0.01/2KB (min. of $0.05/session) and capped at $319.93/mth (incl. GST). Termination of mobile lines within contract of less than 3 months are charged at prevailing list rates. List rates of iOne Supervalue is $30; iOne Plus at $42.80, iTwo Value at $101.65, iTwo Plus at $165.85 and iThree Plus at $406.60.

SingTel Mobile Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- Capitalised terms used in this AUP have the same meaning as given to them in the General Terms or the Specific Terms and Conditions for SingTel Mobile. References to “you” are references to you, the Customer, and references to “we”, “us” and “our” are references to SingTel Mobile.
- Your subscription to the Service constitutes your acceptance of this AUP. Your continued subscription to or use of the Service, whether such use is by you personally or by any person you allow or permit to use the Service (each an “end-user”), constitutes your acceptance of any revisions or updates to this AUP as we may make and publish from time to time.
- You will be responsible for all use of the Service subscribed by you, including use by any end-user, whether or not that use is with your knowledge or consent.
- You agree that you and each end-user will use the Service in an ethical, appropriate and responsible manner. You acknowledge that other Customers have a right to expect their privacy will be respected, and that they will be able to use the Service without interference or interruption by any other Customer or end-user.
- You agree not to, and to procure that any end-user using the Service subscribed by you will not, directly or indirectly:
- In using the Service, violate the rules, regulations and policies (including but not limited to this or any other acceptable use policy) applicable to any mobile operator, service provider, content provider, network, server, computer database, web site or newsgroup accessed by you or any end-user;
- Use the Service to:
- send, or facilitate the sending of, unsolicited material ("Spam") to any person or system in a way that could be expected to adversely impact any network or facilities; or
- propagate or knowingly reply to Spam; or
- collect responses from Spam (whether or not such Spam is sent using the Service);
- Use the Service to post a message or multiple messages:
- to an unreasonable number of servers, or forums on a server; or
- to any server in an unreasonable number; or
- to any server after a request to cease posting is made by any administrator or moderator or such person in charge of reviewing postings;
- Abuse the Service, or in your use of the Service violate any other person's rights, or interfere with another person's use of the Service, including, without limitation, by engaging in activities that result in, encourage or facilitate the distribution of viruses, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses, cancelbots, sniffer, or other code(s) that are designed to acquire information about other users or their activities without their approval, or in your use of the Service disrupt the functionality or availability of any computer program, database, the Service supplied to any other Customer, or any Internet host, or engage in any other similar activities in relation to the Service;
- Use the Service to infringe the privacy of another person;
- Use the Service to publish or communicate material that is obscene, pornographic, inflammatory, harassing, threatening, tortious, abusive, harmful to minors, defamatory, libelous or otherwise objectionable or offensive;
- Use the Service to break, or attempt to break, into any computer hardware, software, system or procedure, or to access or attempt to access any computer hardware, software, system or procedure without authorisation;
- In using the Service, forge, remove or modify identifying network header information ("spoofing"), or employ any other method that may mislead any person or dishonestly disguise any user name or the source or quantity of transmissions;
- Use the Service to use or store any bots on any SingTel Group Corporation servers;
- Use the Service to relay material through any third-party systems without authorisation;
- Use the Service to carry out any other activities which we consider to be actually or potentially injurious to our other Customers, or to the operations or reputation of any SingTel Group Corporation;
- In your use of the Service, infringe any patent, trademark or copyright or any other intellectual property right of any third party or any SingTel Group Corporation.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your Service account, and/or any breach, or attempted breach, of your Service account security, as soon as this is known to or suspected by you. You shall keep strictly confidential any authorization/access code or password issued to, or created by, you or any end-user in connection with the Service, and shall immediately inform us if you have any reason to believe any such code or password has become known to someone not authorized to use it, or if any such code or password is likely to be used in an unauthorized manner.
- To the extent permitted by Law, we do not assume responsibility for any materials that you, any other Customer, or any other person, publish or post using the Service, and we disclaim all responsibility for any such content, posting or activity, whether on any SingTel Group Corporation servers or otherwise. We are not responsible for the content of any third party website linked to or accessed using the Service, or for the services rendered by any Customer or end-user using the Service, and you agree not to hold us responsible for such content.
- We may, in our sole discretion, determine on a case-by-case basis what action will be taken in response to any actual, suspected or alleged violation of this AUP. We reserve the right to:
- investigate any actual, suspected or alleged violation of this AUP, including by gathering information from you, any end-user (and you agree to procure the assistance of any such end-user) and the complaining party, and to examine any material posted on or transmitted via any SingTel Group Corporation servers; or
- with or without notice, remove or refuse to post material that we consider is or may be in violation of this AUP; or
- suspend or terminate the Service.
- Nothing contained in this AUP shall be construed to limit our actions or remedies in any manner. We may take any and all additional actions we may deem appropriate with respect to any violation of this AUP, which may include (without limitation) the recovery from you for all costs and expenses incurred in identifying offenders and prohibiting them from using the Service, or levying cancellation charges on you if we terminate the Service for any actual, suspected or alleged breach of this AUP. We reserve at all times all rights and remedies available to us under contract, at law or in equity.
- You are responsible for reporting any actual or suspected violations of this AUP to SingTel Mobile via email.

- I am an existing SingTel Mobile customer, can I change my price plan at any point of time?
Yes. If you change plan from Plan A to Plan B, the monthly subscription fee, bundled airtime and bundled SMS will be pro-rated based on the number of days you are on Plan A and Plan B respectively.
- What will happen if I change my price plan?
- Scenario 1 (Downgrade):
iThree Plus to iTwo Value
If you have an existing equipment contract, a downgrade equipment penalty of $500/$800 (2 year plan)/$288 (1 year plan) will be imposed as stipulated in the original Equipment Undertaking Agreement.
- Scenario 2 (Upgrade):
Classic to iTwo Value
No penalty will be imposed.
- Scenario 3 (Lateral Movement):
Classic 100 to iOne Plus
No penalty will be imposed.
- Scenario 1 (Downgrade):
- After I change my price plan, when will I be eligible for an equipment upgrade?
You will be eligible for equipment upgrade 12 months from your last equipment purchase.
- Will my existing Free Value Added Services be carried forward to my new price plan?
No, you will enjoy the Free Value Added Services that are bundled with your new price plan instead. However, you can opt to subscribe for additional Value Added Services that are not bundled with your new price plan.
Transfer
- Will there be any changes to my tenure and equipment upgrade eligibility after I transfer my ownership?
No, there will be no changes to your current price plan after the transfer.
The transferee (Customer B) follows transferor's (Customer A) tenure and phone upgrade eligibility.
Example: If Customer B is on iOne Plus, the equipment upgrade eligibility will be 12 months after Customer A´s date of original installation or last equipment upgrade date.

- I would like to terminate my price plan. What is the penalty?
Termination of price plan within 1st to 12th months with 1-year equipment contract is $288.
Termination of price plan within 1st to 24th months with 2-year equipment contract is $500/$800.

Specific Terms and Conditions for Plans With Free Incoming Calls

Definitions and Interpretation |

| 1.1 | In these Specific Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings: "Acceptable Use Policy" means the guidelines for acceptable conduct and use of the Service located at the SingTel website at http://www.singtel.com, including all subsequent revisions or amendments. "Customer" means any person who applies for or subscribes for or utilises the Service. "General Terms" means Singapore Telecommunications Limited's General Terms and Conditions of Service. "Law" has the meaning set out in the General Terms and, for the avoidance of doubt, includes the Broadcasting (Class Licence) Notification and Broadcasting Act (Cap 28) including all amendments and revisions thereto from time to time in force and all rules and regulations made thereunder and the rules, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines and directions of the Media Development Authority of Singapore made under or pursuant to any law in force in the Republic of Singapore, including the Code of Practice for Market Conduct in the Provision of Mass Media Services. "Minimum Subscription Period" means the minimum period for which the Customer must subscribe for the Service, as specified in Clause 2.1. "Mobile Line" means a telecommunications line for use to make or receive calls, or to send or receive material, from a mobile cellular phone or other wireless device. "Service" means the provision and/or maintenance by SingTel Mobile of a Mobile Line and any additional services as may be offered or provided by SingTel Mobile. "SingTel Mobile" means SingTel Mobile Singapore Private Limited and its successors. |

SingTel Mobile's Management of Systems and Data |

| 3.1 |
SingTel Mobile reserves the right to manage and control access to any computer or other electronic or telecommunications system operated or used by SingTel Mobile or linked to any computer or other electronic or telecommunications system operated or used by SingTel Mobile and any data stored therein in a manner deemed appropriate by SingTel Mobile and to delete any data (whether belonging to, provided or stored by the Customer or otherwise), notwithstanding that such access and the storage of such data is a requirement or constitutes a part of the Service. |

Changes in Usage Plan |

| 4.1 |
The Customer shall not change any usage or fee plan applicable to the Service without first notifying SingTel Mobile of the proposed change in writing, or through such other means as may be specified by SingTel Mobile, and obtaining SingTel Mobile's written consent. Any change consented to by SingTel Mobile shall take effect on the date specified by SingTel Mobile or, in the absence of any such specification, within seven (7) days of the date of SingTel Mobile’s written consent. |

Use of Service |

The Customer shall use, and shall procure that any person the Customer permits or allows to use the Service shall use, the Service in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy and with such other guidelines, rules and requirements as SingTel Mobile may issue from time to time or any Law. |

Content to Use and Disclose Customer Information and Data |

| 6.1 | The Customer agrees that SingTel Mobile shall be entitled to use or disclose any information or data disclosed by the Customer in accordance with Clause 15 of the General Terms located at the SingTel website at http://www.singtel.com (or available from SingTel Mobile on written request). The Customer is entitled to withdraw such consent in the procedure as prescribed by SingTel Mobile from time to time. | |||||

General |

| 7.1 |
The Customer shall be bound by and shall fully observe and comply with all the General Terms as well as such other terms and conditions as may be agreed or accepted by the Customer. The rights and protections conferred on SingTel Mobile under these Specific Terms and Conditions shall be additional to the rights and protections conferred on SingTel Mobile under the General Terms and any other terms and conditions agreed or accepted by the Customer. |

| 7.2 |
Any Clause in the General Terms, these Specific Terms and Conditions, or any other terms and conditions as may be agreed or accepted by the Customer, that is invalid, unenforceable or illegal shall be enforced as nearly as possible in accordance with its terms, but shall otherwise be deemed severed and shall not affect the enforceability of any other Clauses, which Clauses shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. |
