What is Fixed Line Number Retention Service?

Enjoy crystal clear calls with our SingTel Telephone Line or unlimited local calls with Home Digital Line without giving up your existing telephone phone number.
Visit our SingTel Shops if you wish to apply for this service. Upon application, we would arrange on your behalf with the other service provider to terminate your existing fixed-line service and transfer it to SingTel.
