Purchase of Samsung GALAXY Note 4 4G+ is only available with a 24-month contract.

What kind of SIM card does the Samsung GALAXY Note 4 4G+ use? Will there be any SIM card charge?

The Samsung GALAXY Note 4 4G+ uses a Micro SIM. Change of SIM will be required for existing Singtel Mobile customers who are on a regular/nano-SIM card. Prevailing SIM card charges of $37.45 apply.

Yes, you may combine Singtel Prestige voucher with Price Plan voucher to purchase Samsung GALAXY Note 4 4G+. However, this handset purchase must be tied to a 2 year equipment contract and valid is made on a single purchase. You are not allowed to combine two or more Singtel Prestige Vouchers for a single purchase.

Can I sign up for a new line or re-contract an existing line at the CIS rates for SuperLite/Lite/Value/Plus/Prestige plans?

No. All new sign ups and re-contracting customers who wish to get the Samsung GALAXY Note 4 4G+ at the launch event must subscribe to Combo 1/Combo 2/Combo 3/Combo 4/Combo 6 or Combo 12. We are unable to support requests to sign up or re-contract onto older plans including SuperLite/Lite/Value/Plus/Prestige at the launch event.

Can I enjoy more data bundle and lower subscription, as per other operators?

Singtel offers more data with unlimited Singtel WiFi till 31 July 2015, on top of your current data bundle (applicable to Combo 2 and above).

If you are on silver plans, there is additional 20% off your subscription rates.

If you are on youth plans, you get to enjoy additional 10% off and additional 1GB data.

I would like to re contract and purchase the Samsung GALAXY Note 4 4G+. How can I check my eligibility?

You can check your re-contract eligibility via the following modes:

 

  1. My Singtel App
    - Open My Singtel App and log in with your ONEPass ID and password.
    - Under Usage tab, click on “View My Plan” to view your handset upgrade eligibility date under “Recontract Status” portion.
     
  2. * 1688
    - Dial * 1688 on your mobile phone.
    - Reply with option '2' to check your handset upgrade eligibility.
    - A reply via SMS will be sent to your mobile phone shortly.
     
  3. Singtel My Account (for personal mobile lines only)
    - Login to Singtel My Account with your ONEPass ID and password.
    - o At the Account Summary landing page, click on "Show details and usage" at the bottom of the selected mobile number to see your handset upgrade eligibility date under the “Eligible for recontract” portion.

All 3 modes to check re-contract eligibility is applicable for all existing Singtel mobile customers including CIS and Corporate customers.

I have not completed 21months of my device contract. Am I allowed to re-contract and how much is Early Device Upgrade Fee?

Yes, you can upgrade your Device after completing at least the first six (6) months of the Device Agreement. An Early Device Upgrade Fee is $500 for customers who have completed between 6-11 months of their contract, $350 for customers who have completed between 12-17 months of their contract, and $200 for customers who have completed between 18-20 months of their contract. You shall be required to enter into a new two (2) years Device Agreement upon any upgrade of Device.
