  1. For re-contracting customers, kindly check your re-contract eligibility via My Singtel app > View Your Plan, dial *1688 (select Option 2 in the interactive SMS menu) or My Account (select ‘Show Details and Usage’ under your mobile line).
  2. You will need to sign up for a 24-month mobile contract with purchase of any handset. An Early Device Upgrade Fee applies as follow:
    • For customers who have completed between 6-11 months of their contract: $500
    • For customers who have completed between 12-17 months of their contract: $350
    • For customers who have completed between 18-20 months of their contract: $200
  3. Please note a guardian/guarantor needs to be present during sign-up if you are under the age of 18 years old.
  4. Please clear any outstanding payments due to Singtel or your current mobile service provider to be eligible to reserve and purchase the handset.
  5. Please note a deposit per mobile line is required for Work Permit, Social, Student or Dependent Pass holders. A pass validity of 12 months or above is also required. S Pass holders are eligible to sign up for selected price plans. A pass validity of 6 months or above is required. Employment Pass holders are eligible to sign up for any price plans. A pass validity of 6 months or above is required.
  6. A deposit may be required during line sign up of a new line.

  1. What are the available colours and storage sizes for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus?

    iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus come in Black, Silver, Gold, Rose Gold and three storage sizes (32GB/128GB/256GB).

    In addition, both iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus also come in Jet Black, (PRODUCT)RED with two storage sizes (128GB/256GB).

  2. Can I purchase the iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus at recommended retail price (RRP) without any mobile contract?

    Yes, you can purchase iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus at RRP at our shops.

  3. Am I able to reserve an iPhone 7 and/or iPhone 7 Plus now?

    You can make an e-Appointment using your OnePass account prior to coming down to purchase your iPhone at our Singtel Retail Shops. An e-Appointment lets you reserve your preferred handset and cut your waiting time at our shops. Login to your OnePass account at my Singtel App or at https://myaccount.singtel.com.

  4. What kind of SIM card does the iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus require? Will there be any SIM card charges?

    The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus requires a Nano SIM. Please note that a change of SIM card is needed if you are using a regular/micro-SIM card. A fee of $37.45 (after GST) is applicable with any SIM card change.

  5. How can I transfer my existing contacts to the new iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus?

    You can use Singtel's Store & Share to transfer your existing contacts to your new iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus. Click here to learn more about Singtel's Store & Share.

  6. Can I combine my Singtel Prestige voucher with a Price Plan voucher to purchase the iPhone 7 and/or iPhone 7 Plus?

    Yes. You may combine a Singtel Prestige voucher with a Price Plan voucher to purchase the iPhone 7/iPhone 7 Plus. However, your handset purchase must be tied to a twenty four (24) months Device Agreement and for a single purchase only. Please note that you are unable to combine two (2) or more Singtel Prestige Vouchers for a single purchase.

  7. Can I top-up and subscribe for additional local data for my mobile plan?

    Yes, sure you can. We are happy to announce our new add-on service, DATAX3. You can now triple your data at just $9.90/mth and get up to 36GB, when you sign up or re-contract on Combo 2 Mobile Plan and above. That's triple the data for everything you love! Find more here.

  8. Can I enjoy a better data bundle and lower subscription?

    Enjoy more data with Singtel WiFi, unlimited till 30 September 2017 on top of your current data bundle (applicable to Combo 2 and above).

    If you're 55 years old and above, enjoy an additional 20% off your subscription on Singtel's Silver Combo Plans.

    You can also enjoy additional 10% off and additional 1GB data on Singtel's Youth Combo Plans (Combo 2 and 3 only).

  9. I would like to re-contract and purchase the iPhone 7 or the iPhone 7 Plus. How can I check my eligibility?

    You can check your re-contract eligibility via the following modes:

    a) My Singtel app
    - Open My Singtel app and log in with your OnePass ID and password.
    - Under Usage tab, click on "View Your Plan" to view your handset upgrade eligibility date under the "Re-contract Status" portion.

    For those who have not download the app, it is available for download from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

    b) Singtel My Account (for personal mobile lines only)
    - Log in to Singtel My Account with your OnePass ID and password.
    - At the Account Summary landing page, click on "Show details and usage" of the selected mobile number to see your handset upgrade eligibility date under "Re-contract Eligibility".

    c) *1688
    - Dial *1688 on your mobile phone.
    - Reply with option '2' to check your handset upgrade eligibility.
    - A reply via SMS will be sent to your mobile phone shortly.

  10. I have not completed 21 months of my device contract. Am I eligible to re-contract and how much will the Early Device Upgrade Fee be?

    Yes, you can upgrade your device after completing at least the first six (6) months of your current two (2) years Device Agreement.

    An Early Device Upgrade Fee applies as follow:
    • For customers who have completed between 6-11 months of their contract: $500
    • For customers who have completed between 12-17 months of their contract: $350
    • For customers who have completed between 18-20 months of their contract: $200.
