Monitor your data usage

There are several ways for you to check your data usage*.


Singtel My Account

To check your data usage*, you will need to log in to your Singtel My Account. If you do not have an account, please sign up for a ONEPASS ID.

Once you have logged in to My Account, select ‘Show details and usage’ for the service you are trying to check usage for.

Check Data Usage

My Singtel mobile app (only for Mobile Postpaid users)

If you are a Mobile Postpaid user, you can download and install the My Singtel mobile app into your phone. You can check your data usage* for the phone the app is installed in, and all other numbers under your account if you log in using your ONEPASS ID. If you have not registered, you may sign up for a ONEPASS ID.

*3282 (only for Mobile Postpaid users)

If you are a Mobile Postpaid user, you may dial *3282 (*DATA) to receive an SMS with your usage*. Please note that you can only do this on the number that you want to check your usage on.

 

*The Displayed Data usage is based on an estimate of your data use during the stated billing period. Information is updated every 60 minutes.
