Get in touch with your business contacts with SingTel IDD 001 service - the fastest, most direct means of calling over 240 destinations worldwide, without the help of an operator. This premium service is available on telephone lines and mobile phones with IDD facility, and SingTel payphones.

Making an IDD 001 Call

Calling Indonesian Border Towns 011

To call Indonesian Border Towns, just dial:
011 (Access code) + Area Code (if any) + Overseas Telephone Number

Operator-Assisted 104 Service

Operator-assisted international telephone calls are available to most IDD destinations. They can be accessed by dialling 104.
Calls are charged at a minimum duration of 3 minutes and in subsequent blocks of 1 minute at IDD 001 rates.
Calls to Malaysia are charged in blocks of 3 minutes.

Overseas Directory Assistance (ODA)

You can request overseas telephone numbers through 104. Each enquiry is charged at $4.50 for up to 2 successful listings.

One company is counted as one listing. Up to 4 numbers can be requested per company.
ODA charge will be waived for successful call connection through Operator-assisted service

International Call Assistance Service

An International Call Assistance Service is available for event organisers who require ‘hot billing functionality’ for international directory enquiry service via access code 104. There is a charge of $1 per call for the International Call Assistance.

Outgoing Collect Calls

If you would like to make an overseas call and request that the receiving party pay the charges, please call our SingTel International Calling Services Operators at 104 and ask for the Collect Call Service. Calls will only be connected when the recipient agrees to pay the charges.

Incoming Collect Calls

An overseas friend or family member may call you from overseas and request that you bear the charges. Simply inform the operator whether you wish to receive or reject the call. The call will only be connected when you agree to accept the call and its charges.

Incoming Collect Calls to Singapore are charged at prevailing Standard time period IDD 001 rates for the first 3 minutes and subsequent blocks of 1 minute, (except for Indonesian Border Towns which are billed at Indonesia Standard IDD 001 rates). In addition, the following handling fee is charged:

$3.00 per call (countries with IDD 001 rates less than or equal to $1.50 per minute)
$4.00 per call (countries with IDD 001 rates greater than $1.50 per minute)

How long does it take to activate SingTel IDD 001 service?
If your application is approved, your SingTel IDD facility will be activated the working day after we receive your application form.
How will I be charged if I use SingTel international call services on my StarHub/M1 line?
Charging will be according to your usage of SingTel international call services.
How can I be assured that I will be billed accurately for my IDD calls?
Your monthly bill will list all overseas calls made within the billing cycle. It will include detailed information like date and time of call, the overseas number called, the duration of each call and the cost incurred for each call. If you have questions about your bill, please call 1688.
