Your Recent Queries

1.     I am asked to upgrade my iPhone software to the new release version 3.1 when I connect my iPhone to iTunes. Will it affect my settings?
Apple occasionally releases software updates that improve performance or introduce features. Updating your iPhone does not affect user content or settings. iTunes checks the iPhone OS version installed on the handset, and compares it to the iPhone OS version available from the Apple servers. If the version on the Apple servers is newer, iTunes will prompt the user to download and install that new version. When you update, there are "behind the scenes" things that iTunes needs to do, like unpack the compressed file, copy it to the handset, reboot the phone, etc. which could take from a few minutes up to 30 minutes.

For terminations after the minimum three months subscription period, the $856 equipment penalty will apply. For existing customers who terminate at anytime within the contract period, the $856 equipment penalty will apply.

3.     My current contract balance is less than 12 months and would like to purchase the iPhone 3GS. How can I go about with it?
