General

  1. I am moving office. How do I arrange to transfer my line?
    • For normal removal, $30 ($32.10 inclusive of GST)
    • For applicants with a SingNet BroadBand service tied to their telephone line, $30 + $60 ($96.30 inclusive of GST)
    • For applicants who have other ISP broadband services tied to their telephone lines (e.g. Pacific Net, Cyber net), $30 ($32.10 inclusive of GST) plus other ISP's broadband removal charges.
    • Upon removal, if there is a need for internal wiring , the charges for first 50 metres are as follows:
    • Normal $70 ($74.90 inclusive of GST)
    • Express $105 ($112.35 inclusive of GST)
    • Super Express $140 ($149.80 inclusive of GST)
    • Normal - 5 working days
    • Express – 2 working days
    • Super Express – 6 working hours

    • There is a one-time connection fee of $21.40. The quarterly subscription for Call Transfer is $12.84. These prices include GST.
    • Local call charges apply when calls are transferred to your fixed line.
    • When a call is perted to your mobile phone, call charges depend on whether incoming calls are free or chargeable on your mobile plan.

    • Per Number Change: $32.10
    • Reservation of Telephone Number: $32.10 per month
    • Choice Number Selection: $107.00 per Choice Number
    • Diamond Number Selection: $308.16 per Diamond Number
    • OneNumber Golden Number Selection: $535 or $2,140 depending on the number combination.
      (The above prices include GST.)
    • Requests take 3 working days to process. Only the registered account holder may write in to request a change of number. Customers must settle all outstanding balances on their accounts before the change of number is processed. All existing services will be transferred to the new number unless the customer terminates them.

  13. Suspension of Fixed Line: Can I temporarily suspend my line?
    • Call our Hotline 1609 (Residential) or 1606 (Business)
    • Walk in to any of our Customer Service Counters
    • Fax your request to 6796 1767  (Residential) or (65) 6477 9372 (Business)
    • Your monthly fixed line and any value-added services subscriptions will continue while your line is temporarily suspended.

  23. What should I do to transfer ownership of my fixed line?
    • Transferee must be at least 17 years of age.
    • A Transferee aged between 17 - 20 years is:
      • allowed only 1 Telephone Line (or Direct Exchange Line, DEL) per NRIC
      • provided services with local usage only; and
      • barred from outgoing STD, IDD, Operator Assisted (104), Audio line (1900) and incoming International Collect calls.
    • Transferee must be above 21 years of age.
    • Transferee on social visit must provide tenancy agreement or proof of ownership of property in Singapore.
    • A minimum deposit of $200 per line is required for foreigners with Work Permit, Social Pass, Student Pass or Dependent Pass.
  24. Both Transferor (the existing subscriber) and Transferee must be present during the transfer. Customers can walk in to any of our Customer Service Counters, with their original NRICs.
